Enhypen's 'Walk The Line' world tour hits the ground running at Goyang Stadium
Enhypen kicked off its highly anticipated third world tour, "Walk The Line," with two concerts at Goyang Stadium in Gyeonggi on Oct. 5 and 6. This marks a significant milestone for the band as it is their first concert at a 41,000-seat stadium in the country.
As a major event, the venue buzzed with activities for Engenes, the official name of Enhypen's fan club, allowing fans to immerse themselves in the experience even before the concert began. Highlights included a photo booth for Enhypen-themed photos, a pop-up store for "Dark Moon," the group’s webtoon series, an official merchandise booth, an Engene zone, a play-and-stay area and a booth where fans could print Enhypen-themed transportation cards.
The atmosphere was electric, with fans recording covers in front of a giant concert billboard and showcasing their unique styles with eye-catching outfits, giant photo cards and banners featuring the members' faces and names.
During the concert on Saturday, Enhypen presented a more mature and sophisticated image, performing a total of 23 songs. The set list opened with "Brought The Heat Back" from their second full-length album, "Romance: Untold." The group also delivered two unit stages: one featuring Jay, Jake and Sunghoon performing "Lucifer," and another with Jungwon, Heeseung, Sunoo and Ni-ki performing "Teeth," both from the "Dark Moon Special Album: Memorabilia."
The seven members captivated the audience with hits from their discography, including "Tamed-Dashed" (2021), "Sweet Venom" (2023), "Bite Me" (2023), "Given Taken" (2020) and "Fever" (2021). Heeseung's solo piano performance of "ROMANCE," followed by “XO” and “Paranormal” from Enhypen’s latest album, “Romance: Untold,” rounded out the impressive set list.
Enhypen’s "Walk The Line" concert in Goyang provided an unforgettable experience for both the members and their fans. The unique stage setup, which included the main stage, three interconnected sub-stages and an additional fourth stage located further away, facilitated interaction between the members and the audience.
Enhypen will continue the ″Walk The Line″ tour in Japan, with performances at the Saitama’s Belluna Dome on Nov. 9 and 10, Fukuoka’s Mizuho PayPay Dome on Dec. 28 and 29 and Osaka’s Kyocera Dome on Jan. 25 and 26.
