Girl group CLASS:y to release new Japanese single 'Target' on Feb. 22
Girl group CLASS:y will drop its new Japanese single "Target" on Feb. 22, four months after its last Japanese EP "Day&Night."
The title track "Target" was pre-released on major music services on Wednesday along with the music video on YouTube.
This is the first new original Japanese track after "Shut Down," the lead track off of the band's Japanese debut album, "Class Is Over" released in May 2022.
"Target" will officially be released on Feb. 22 along with a Japanese version of the band's 2022 hit dance track "Zealous."
CLASS:y is a seven-member band that debuted last May under entertainment company M25, which is owned by Pocketdol Studio, also home to boy band BAE173.
It consists of the seven finalists of MBC’s idol audition program “My Teenage Girls” (2021-22) — Won Ji-min, Kim Seon-you, Myung Hyeong-seo, Hong Hye-ju, Kim Ri-won, Park Bo-eun and Yoon Chae-won.
