BabyMonster to drop third EP 'Choom', host interactive 'Monstiez Day' events
Girl group BabyMonster will release its third EP “Choom” on May 4, according to YG Entertainment on Monday.
The group’s agency uploaded a teaser trailer featuring a car racing across the sand on the group's official social media page.
The group will host “Monstiez Day,” its two-year anniversary event, this week from Monday to Sunday in “the SameE,” an interactive K-Pop experience space. The events will take place at its Hapjeong location in Mapo District, Eastern Seoul, the Myeongdong location in Jung District, central Seoul, and the Insa location in Jongno District, central Seoul.
The event offers special gifts prepared by the group and interactive fan activities, according to the agency.
The group debuted in 2023 with the single “Batter Up.” The septet, which consists of members Ruka, Pharita, Asa, Ahyeon, Rami, Rora and Chiquita, has released songs like “Sheesh” (2024), “Drip” (2024) and “We Go Up” (2025).
