Boy band Cravity to release new EP on April 29
Boy band Cravity is set to release its eighth EP, "ReDeFINE," on April 29, according to its agency Starship Entertainment Monday.
The album marks the band’s first project in Korea in 10 months after its second full-length album, “Dare to Crave,” was released last June.
The EP's tracklist was revealed on Sunday on the band’s official social media channel, and features six tracks — lead song “Awake” and B-side tracks “Hello-Goodbye,” “Fever,” “Adore,” “Love Me As You Do” and “Spring, with You.”
“The lead track ‘Awake’ explores how what feels like an ending can turn into a new beginning, tracing the journey of finding a clearer sense of self after going through moments of uncertainty,” the agency said.
Serim and Allen wrote the lyrics for “Awake” and “Adore.” Jungmo also contributed to the lyrics for “Adore,” according to the agency. Members Wonjin and Allen participated in writing and composing the track “Spring, with You.”
The album also includes “Love Me Like You Do,” the first song member Taeyoung has written and composed since his debut.
The nine-member band debuted in April 2020, consisting of Serim, Allen, Jungmo, Woobin, Wonjin, Minhee, Hyeongjun, Taeyoung and Seongmin. The band released its third Japanese single, “Blast Out,” in February.
