J-Hope pop-up store in Seoul to feature street decorations and dance workshops
Missing J-Hope? A pop-up store themed around the BTS member will be open March 30 through April 5 in Seongsu-dong, eastern Seoul, to celebrate the release of his special album “Hope on the Street,” according to the artist's agency, BigHit Music.
“The pop-up store comes as part of the 'Hope on the Street' project, through which J-Hope promised a variety of content around the keyword 'dancing,'” the agency said in a news release. “J-Hope organized the store in hopes that more people will get to enjoy the project in-person.”
The pop-up store will be filled with objects and exhibits related to the special album and documentary series that will be revealed later this month, the agency said.
The space will be decorated in the theme of a 'street' to fit the title. A hands-on dance workshop called “Neuron the Street” will also take place at the store.
J-Hope's special album “Hope on the Street Vol. 1" will drop on March 29 at 1 p.m. and include six songs. Lead track “Neuron” centers on J-Hope's musical roots, motivation in life and hope for a new start.
The first episode of documentary series “Hope on the Street” will be revealed on March 27 at midnight, or March 28 at 12 a.m. The documentary will be available on local streaming platform Tving and U.S. streaming service Amazon Prime Video.
