Younha to release vinyl version of 'Supersonic'
Singer-songwriter Younha will release a vinyl version of "Supersonic" (2014), her fourth full-length album, her agency C9 Entertainment said Monday.
It will be her first album to be re-released on vinyl.
The album features a total of 12 tracks, including lead track "Run," "Rock Like Stars" featuring rapper Tiger JK, "Would We Have Changed" featuring singer-songwriter John Park, "Driver" featuring Jay Park.
The vinyl can be preordered through the agency's in-house shop Ci Mall until Sept. 15 and is priced at 88,000 won ($66). Shipping will begin in December.
Younha first debuted in Japan in 2004 with her single "Yubikiri," followed by "Audition," her first Korean single album, in 2006. She is known for hit tracks "Password 486" (2007), "Oort Cloud" (2021), "Waiting" (2006) and "Event Horizon" (2022). "Event Horizon," the lead track in her repackaged sixth full-length album "End Theory: Final Edition," garnered nationwide popularity, giving her her first No. 1 on television music shows in 15 years and landing at No. 1 on all major domestic music streaming charts.
Younha recently released her studio live album "Mindset" on May 10.
