Girl group NiziU will make its official debut in Korea on Oct. 30 with the single "Press Play," its agency JYP Entertainment said Monday.

The debut comes three years after the girl group was formed through a joint audition program with Sony Music Entertainment and JYP Entertainment in June 2020. It made its debut in Japan in December of that year.

The girl group garnered popularity in Japan with tracks “Make you happy” (2020), “Chopstick” (2021), “Take a picture” (2021) and more. NiziU became the fastest girl group to perform at a dome stadium since its debut with its performances in Tokyo Dome and Kyocera Dome Osaka in November and December last year.

NiziU recently wrapped up its second tour "'NiziU Live with U 2023 'COCO! nut Fes.'" after holding 17 performances in eight cities around Japan and meeting with 185,000 fans around the country.
