Singer Chungha returns home following isolation due to Covid infection
Singer Chungha has returned home after she was isolated at a medical facility due to testing positive for Covid-19.
Chungha was released on Dec. 18 after spending 11 days at the facility, according to her agency MNH Entertainment. She tested positive for the virus on Dec. 7 and was subsequently admitted.
According to government guidelines, anyone who tests positive must remain in isolation for 10 days and then be re-tested.
“Since the situation with the pandemic is getting worse, all of Chungha's official work will be canceled with the priority being put on health and safety,” her agency said.
“The agency will prioritize the health and safety of artists and staff, and we are so sorry to have worried many.”
