TVXQ will hold solo concerts, titled "2023 TVXQ! Concert [20&2]," in December, the boy band's agency SM Entertainment said Thursday.

The concerts will be the band's first in over four years, since its last in March 2019, and will be held to celebrate TVXQ's 20th anniversary, each on Dec. 20 and 31.

The concert's title, "20&2," is a combination representing its 20th anniversary and the remaining two members, U-Know Yunho and Max Changmin.

More details about the concert, including the location and ticket prices, will be announced at a later date on the band's official social media channels.

TVXQ plans to drop its ninth full-length album on Dec. 26, followed by concerts and an exhibition that will look back on the band's history.

TVXQ debuted in 2003 as a five-member boy band under SM Entertainment. The band is known for its hit songs including "Hug" (2003), "Rising Sun" (2005), "Mirotic" (2008), "Keep Your Head Down" (2011) and "The Chance of Love" (2018).

The band started a new journey with its two remaining members in 2009, after its three former members, Kim Jae-joong, Park Yoo-chun and Kim Jun-su, left SM Entertainment, saying there were unfair clauses in their exclusive contracts with the agency.
